2.2 The Platform is intended for use by individuals residing in Indonesia or by persons who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online betting is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your country or region of residence.
2.3 The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account:
3.1 To access the Services, you must register a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a mobile number registered in Indonesia.
3.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. ezy88 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 You must notify ezy88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. ezy88 reserves the right to suspend an Account immediately upon receipt of such a notification pending investigation.
3.5 You agree to keep all Account information accurate and up to date. Material changes — including change of name, address, payment method, or contact details — must be communicated to the support team promptly.
3.6 KYC Verification. ezy88 requires identity verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal and reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
ezy88 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following methods: bank transfers to BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallets. ezy88 does not charge deposit processing fees on eligible methods; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name and matching the identity details on file. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. ezy88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for BCA and BRI transfers during standard Indonesian banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB); BNI and Mandiri transfers are typically processed within 30 minutes. Requests submitted outside banking hours or on public holidays may take up to 24 hours. ezy88 does not guarantee specific processing times as final settlement depends on the receiving financial institution.
All Account balances, bets, winnings, and transaction records are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ezy88 does not support multi-currency Accounts. Any funds received in a currency other than IDR will be declined or converted at the Operator's prevailing rate.
ezy88 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The Platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time and to delay or refuse any withdrawal pending the satisfactory completion of AML checks. You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate, lawful sources and are not the proceeds of criminal activity.
5.1 ezy88 offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for bonus funds is 30 times (30×) the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires total wagers of Rp 3.000.000 before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
5.3 Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash, and are not redeemable except through wagering as specified in the relevant bonus terms.
5.4 ezy88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice. Where a Member has already claimed a bonus prior to an amendment, the terms in force at the time of claiming shall apply.
5.5 ezy88 reserves the right to recover any bonus or bonus-derived winnings from a Member's Account if the Operator determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through abuse of a promotional mechanism, or in violation of these Terms.
5.6 Bonus offers are only valid for Accounts that have completed KYC verification and are in good standing. ezy88 may, at its discretion, restrict specific promotions to Members who meet certain criteria such as minimum deposit history, VIP tier, or geographic location within Indonesia.
6.1 All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. ezy88 does not accept requests to cancel, alter, or reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances where the Operator determines that the bet was accepted in error (e.g., clearly erroneous odds due to a system fault).
6.2 ezy88 offers sports betting markets including BRI Liga 1 (Indonesia's top domestic football league), the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, Timnas Indonesia international fixtures, and other sporting events. Market availability is subject to change. The Operator reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with standard industry rules where circumstances including but not limited to match abandonment, technical failure, or data provider error arise.
6.3 Asian Handicap (Voor Bola). Asian Handicap (voor bola — a form of football handicap betting) markets are settled in accordance with the Operator's published Asian Handicap rules, which are available on request from the support team.
6.4 Accumulator / Parlay Betting (Mix Parlay). Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for a payout to be made. If any leg of an accumulator is voided, that leg is removed and the accumulator is recalculated at the reduced odds of the remaining legs.
6.5 ezy88 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout applicable to any bet or series of bets placed by a Member, at the Operator's sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
6.6 The use of automated betting scripts, bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
7.1 ezy88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform offers the following self-management tools to all registered Members: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.
7.2 Members may activate these tools at any time via their Account settings or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests, once confirmed, cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

8.1 All content on the ezy88 Platform, including but not limited to brand names, logos, trademarks, website design, software, text, graphics, and game content, is the property of ezy88 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without the express written consent of ezy88 is strictly prohibited.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ezy88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from service interruptions.
9.2 ezy88 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.3 In no event shall the total aggregate liability of ezy88 to any Member exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 ezy88 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, telecommunications failures, or internet outages affecting Indonesian banking infrastructure.
10.1 ezy88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, if the Operator reasonably believes that a Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused a promotional mechanism, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
10.2 Upon Account termination for cause, ezy88 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited in all cases of termination for breach.
10.3 Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the support team. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the Member's registered payment method subject to standard KYC and AML requirements.
11.1 ezy88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 ezy88 does not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ezy88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
12.2 Nothing in this clause prevents ezy88 from seeking emergency injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
12.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13.1 ezy88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address on file at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
